Missouri Up to three additional traffic lights can be mounted 12 to 42 inches above the horizontal plane. Montana No light bar can be used on public roads. Nevada Two auxiliary lights are installed between 16 and 42 inches above the horizontal plane. New Hampshire Up to three additional traffic lights are mounted between 12 and 42 inches high. New Jersey light bars can be used as long as they are short and lower than the lighthouse. New Mexico Additional headlights are installed 16 to 42 inches above the ground.
